Configuration

For Micronet Mobile Applications to work correctly, there are three main areas to be configured:

• Micronet - this section deals with setting up the required data directory structure along with the Socket Server (refer to "Configuring Micronet ")
• PDA hardware - this section deals with the setup of the hardware from an "out of the box" scenario (refer to "Configuring PDA Hardware")
• PDA software - this section deals with the setup of the Micronet PDA software (refer to "Configuring the PDA Software - Micronet Configuration Wizard").

Once you have completed the configuration steps, you can:

• troubleshoot any problems you are having with PDAs (refer to "Testing and Troubleshooting")
• update documents in the customer database (refer to "Internal Audit Checklist").
